I first came to HeartMath in 1995 and since then I have attended 14 seminars; after retiring from working for 37 years at the Mercury News paper in San Jose.

I am so excited about the TestEdge program that HeartMath is offering to teachers and school districts. I have set up a living trust and have included the Institute as a beneficiary.

Every month, I set aside 10% of my earnings to give to charity, and HeartMath is at the top of my list.

Even though I run my own non-profit for children and also donate to that, HeartMath is my favorite charity.

HeartMath has put first things first, and so I know my monthly contributions count exponentially in their impact. In addition, I have the fulfillment of knowing that a large percentage of my retirement plan will go to the Institute when I die.
